Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMA)

We offer a comprehensive maintenance agreement for our customers, with different year package prices. Our prices are competetive, but our services are superior! Additional to the assurance that your system will be properly maintained, our PMA customers get the added bonus of receiving a 20% discount for the duration of the agreement for any parts or problems that may arise from normal wear/use of the systems.

  • Check thermostat for proper calibration
  • Inspect duct work and seals for leaks
  • Check disconnect box
  • Test fuses
  • Check condensor motor capacitor
  • Check compressor motor capacitor

  • Check condensor motor amperage
  • Check compressor motor amperage
  • Check contactor
  • Inspect defrost control board panel
  • Test time delays
